About

25th January 2010 - this site is currently under construction – hard hats should be worn at all times. Beware falling pixels. My internet’s been either down or intermittent since New Year – bear with me, and I hope to be back in action soon!

Flipped Frog Collective is a group of authors who share a common vision for writing. Published digitally and in print, between them M. King, E. A. Gray, Zoe Clarke, Janis Scott and Chastity Vicks cover more genres and types of fiction than you could shake a stick at…though they might ask why you’d want to.

Right here–where worlds, and authors, collide–you’ll find free reads, excerpts, cover art and purchase links, together with further information on all published and upcoming titles.

NEW RELEASES….from M. King. The Gypsy’s Fiddle, fifth and final story in the Travellers’ Tales series, short fiction inspired by Romany folk lore, is out now in digital format. The entire collection will be available in print soon!

Speaking of print, the Immortal Fire anthology, featuring my story Almost Human, is out now on Amazon, and also available direct from loveyoudivine. A free ebook containing excerpts from the anthology is also available here. Enjoy!

About M. King

M. King lives and works in a damp, verdant corner of South West England, where she may usually be found behind a keyboard and a vat of coffee. She writes a wide range of fiction, often with a strong GLBT emphasis, and wishes there could be a few more hours in the average day.

About E. A. Gray

Eleanor Gray writes historical fiction with a twist. A long-time scholar of medieval history, you won’t find chivalrous knights and polite company in her books, but political intrigue, gruesome murder, and violent social ambition. She holds a Master of Arts in Medieval Studies from Exeter University, along with a BA in Art History and diplomas in Classics and European Humanities. She has a particular research interest in the dynastics of fifteenth century England, and gets far more excited by the tomb effigies of long-dead nobles than is probably healthy.

About Zoe Clarke

Zoe Clarke explores the darker side of human nature in her writing. We all know that sometimes good people do terrible things–and even terrible people can do good things–but Zoe delves into the dark to question why.

Zoe grew up in the Medway region of South East England, before it bestowed chavs on the rest of the country.

About Janis Scott

Janis Scott has written extensively for many years, and has just begun to see her work published. Her first book, Hope’s Nose, is due for release in 2010 from Alpheratz Press. Janis lives within sight of a disused tin mine, amid a chaotic but fruitful garden, and considers her dogs to be her harshest critics. After all, if a reviewer doesn’t like what they find on your notepad, at least they don’t usually wee on it.

About Chastity Vicks

Chastity Vicks writes erotica and sensual romance with a modern edge, and often a sharp sense of humour. She’s at her best when being bad, and enjoys her music loud, her denim ripped, and her beer very, very cold.
